Graffiti Pier Update

Hey y’all! I went to this meeting last Monday and I wanted to link this article to the future of graffiti pier: https://www.fox29.com/news/fate-graffiti-pier-has-been-announced-amid-controversy

The TL;DR is that the city is likely to acquire the the plot of land around graffiti pier (~10 acres). There was a bit of a warning that they need to do structural analysis and the city may still end up having to demolish it if it is too far gone. Also interesting was that the remaining ~65 acres in that space was hinted at likely to be sold off.. Unclear if for further residential or maybe industrial (as it is zoned) use.
