Join us at Fringe Bar located in FringeArts to kick off the winter 2025 Walk Around Philadelphia season! Enjoy a festive beverage, learn about the walk, and meet some of your fellow walkers. 

A brief orientation for new walkers will take place at 6pm. And there’ll be an option to pop across the street to Cherry Street Pier for those who’d like to buy Walk tshirts & visit the secret corners of the pier!

The first segment of the walk season kicks off the next morning, as we set out to circumnavigate the entire city. You can sign up here for whatever segment fits your schedule.

  • Spring Picnic + walk the city’s edge: Heinz Wildlife Refuge [Available]

    Join us for a spring picnic and/or exploration of the Heinz Wildlife Refuge, where we'll walk a segment of the city border and scope out the place where the Circuit Trails folks are planning an eventual trail connection that might facilitate the way for future Walk Around Philadelphia perimeter-walkers. OPTIONAL BYO PICNIC LUNCH BEFOREHAND!
