In just a few hours, I’m heading to the 7pm 2nd Thursdays free showing at the Live Arts Brewery. It features Adrienne Mackey (one of my favorite theatre folk in town) and choreographer Jumatatu Poe (above.) It’s been a little while since I took some images for Jumatatu’s FLATLAND project, so I’m excited to have a chance to see how it has evolved. The Second Thursdays series is always free, with free beer as well – it’s a great chance to meet the artists, give them feedback, and follow the creative process. Maybe I’ll see you there?
